Cheap Conference Calling

Is there a program that allows you to conference with anyone to view your desktop and them that?

I know that with Skype you can make video calls that's where you see a person in front of a camera, but I want is a way to talk to someone while I show you what I'm doing on my desk. I need I am working on a film project and I have to edit while in contact with my friends so they can see what I'm doing.
