Busy phone lines to call in the UK?
When I put in the United Kingdom, telephone number 44 702 from the lines are busy for both home and cell phone. Why is this?
It is an important city with a large number of ethnic residents! This means that phone lines are in constant use. If you've ever tried to call Glasgow on Hogmanay, where you can see I come from!
