when i enter a conference my voice dosnt work but it works for my friends, and reinstalled it twice, and i did call set up, and when i call my friends it work but not a conference, is there a setting i should change

When I try to use my conference I can hear everyone for a sec or two and then I can’t hear anything, and it won’t let me talk on the mic.
