Free Conference Call
Free Conference Calling Companies are not so different that calls between customers or regular residential consumers.
The term "free" is loosely used here. In fact, this article also refers to "surcharge free" when used within the limits of minutes allowed. By example, using minutes from your cell phone plan can be free of charge.

If you own iPhone Apple, up to 5 callers can be conferenced on a call. The only restriction on the use of mobile phones as a Conferencing tool is that all parties must be present to keep calling.
Caller # 1 # 2 connects the caller, then call # 2 is conferenced into the call with # 3. But if call # 1 is disconnected during the conversation, the caller # 2 is also turned off, not to continue the phone conversation with calls # 3 without the help of the first person to "save" the meeting. In this scenario, the original caller acts as the host for the other two.
People called # 4 and # 5 can participate with the help of non-Bridger, but # 2 and # 3. Callers # 2 and # 3 can enter and add more members to a single Call Phone.
Granted this is confusing, and is easier to dial into a conference service provider real instead of trying to save money by holding of talks between the five iPhones.
VoIP, Skype, etc.
In addition, VoIP, or Voice over IP and Skype also allows conferences. With Skype, however, there is no need for the linker to avoid disconnect. The only restriction is that all parties must be "invited" to the list of other Skype friends before being able to continue the conversation.
All these calls so far mentioned can be made free for a small party, but if it becomes necessary to connect to a real telephone line every day, just Google free conference call Service Providers to compare the duration of allowed calls per participant and level of capacity or additional features, like recording will be necessary.
