Conference Calling Verizon Wireless

What are my options (complaint Verizon)?
Since October 2007, I've been trying to change my Phone Service from home, the service Verizon DSL and wireless for Triple Play package (you get the three services by 94 per month). I am told that every month since October that the changes were made to my account and shown on the next bill, but never were. The last repetition. I spoke with told me that I even get a loan to pay in excess and that I receive on this bill. Well, I just got this bill and no changes were made, not credit. I feel I should not have to continue paying for bad service and I would like to finish my business with Verizon. How do I explain that I not be responsible early cancellation fee?
If you switch to another company, like Cablevision, which can receive signals from an early termination fee your company before and you owe nothing. Ask about it. Verizon has been a nightmare and after seven months, I decided to finish my business with them (me too Plan had the triple frustration). Instead of playing $ 99 a month for the service, I was billed for $ 165.
