about my microphone! HELP! > <?

I can not burn my sound with my sound recorder. PPL can not hear my voice when I'm in video call or voice call, BUT i can speak at any conference room. i tried almost everything, reinstalling the driver, mute or unmute Panel Options Control -> Sounds and Audio Devices, and also through high-definition audio deck. p / s: I'm using A4Tech PK-333MB (microphone + webcam) WinXP SP2.
