Outlook integration error & unable to make call in communicator..?

My communicator is showing outlook integration error and hence i am not able to save the communication as an E-mail or in conversation history of my mailbox.I am also not able to make communicator call or join a conference. I use outlook 10. Some times, I get the message as Exchange Error. Please suggest me some ways to fix this issue because I am in need of this badly.
I use Microsoft communicator 2007 R2. microsoft outlook 10.
