What is the best way to let a colleague know that he speaks loudly on the phone and disturbing others in the office?
Manager facilities has sent an account that people know that we must be aware that there are other people and we need to use conference rooms for conference calls and do not use the speakerphone. Perhaps this type do not realize how strong he is! I thought that the phone volume down. I do not know if this will work.
Ugh! It is a hobby of mine, with people who speak speaker. My boss used to do that very well and I had to ask if he could speak more softly because my line of thought is lost when talking to clients because of his talk so loud the other on the phone. She just did not know he was doing and tried to calm down. The memorandum from the Director should have said something of that person, maybe you could say I did very well and see if it works. Some people have no idea if!
