Act Teleconferencing

Why some people are so unaware of how loud and annoying usually are?
I work with a partner who for some type of noise, each and every moment of the day. He clears his throat, then he sneezes so hard that the windows literally shake, then yawns, after burping, then pass gas, then he hums, then whistling, then talk to yourself. This is a continuous cycle never ends. Sometimes I'll be in a Teleconference in the cube next to him, and I have to ask you to please keep the noise down so I can hear what I'm doing. It works a little surprised and somewhat offended that I have asked for anything. In some ways I kind of envy, because he seems very comfortable with himself, and is not as least self-conscious. On the other hand, I find it surprising that some people are so selfish that they do not care what kind of impression they are giving. Why why some people have a "do not care" attitude when it comes to dealing with others?
lol thank God I do not work with him! I admire the "I do not care" attitude but sometimes people take it too far, like him, for example. I do not really know what makes people have that attitude and others do not but I think ur going to need that attitude, if you stay to offend ur day! =)
